Punk with chemical bag on fire chases LG. LG falls the ground and the rest you know.
If LG is the 17 year old I fear he has a problem. I'm not aware of any state where a "warning shot" alone couldn't bring a charge. In the air rather than ground, worse. And he was "addressing" a broken window, probably not his car, not a rape or assault. Not a lawyer, but I suspect that's all the prosecutor needs to prove provocation. With provocation there's no self defense defense.
