The races would make our better if the governent were to let them grow to trust each other voluntarily rather than continually push racial issues into people’s faces. Before government began to do this, employers found that it was in their own interest to hire blacks — because they had to be talented to overcome obstacles. Sure, racists were still around, but they were a dying breed. Now, employers are forced to hire less competent blacks, knowing, but being afraid to admit, that they are hiring an entitled person who is prone to sue.
As long as the “white/”black/african American/POC/red/yellow/brown” crap is used, the divide will continue. Special treatment is NOT equal treatment. We have NON assholes and assholes. Simple.
