The history of all hitherto existing society is the history of class struggles. Freeman and slave, patrician and plebeian, lord and serf, guild-master and journeymanin a word, oppressor and oppressedstood in constant opposition to one another, carried on an uninterrupted now-hidden now-open fight, a fight that each time ended either in a revolutionary reconstitution of society at large or in the common ruin of the contending classes. And for some reason, Marx thought that abolishing family, religion, private property and national borders under the aegis of an all-powerful unitary state would end all this, resulting in the withering away of the all-powerful dictatorship to be replaced by an association in which the free development of each is the condition for the free development of all. In other words, he was utterly delusional, but wannabe tyrants saw this pontificating as a path to political omnipotence.
The media is putting up a smoke screen to conceal the Marxist underpinnings of the BLM movement. “Social Justice” is the rubric/meme that is being pushed but their real objective is imposing Marxism. And they have a lot of sympathizers and enablers behind them, including many large American companies who have bought into their false narrative.
