17-Year-old Suspect Charged With Murder After Two Killed at Kenosha Protest (Kyle Rittenhouse)
Rittenhouse, 17, was arrested in Illinois and has been reportedly charged with first-degree intentional homicide.

Isn’t he under age, should they be reporting his name?
Also shouldn’t they be treating him differently from an adult?
As for first-degree intentional homicide, he was defending himself. The ‘victims’ may be adults so he had cause to be armed. Self defense.
One Daily Mail video shows that he was part of a large group that appear to be protecting a car lot. Several police armoured cars cruise past and he steps out into the road and speaks to the LEOs, apparently directing them toward troublemakers. Seems like a good guy.
