If proved the dude was the shooter of the guy shot in the head a citizens arrest would more than cover even the sloppiest behavior in taking the shooter down....or excused. However if proved shooter was 'self defending' rather than 'protecting property' and shot the guy in the head that's another story.

Can't ignore when the shooter watched the thugs from the sidewalk distance and then jolted across the lot to get up close to those destroying property and wasted no time shooting.....that will surely be used in a court of law. Was he defending himself... or.... the friends gas station. Either or the lawyers will make a case for and against him so it's going to get complicated.

BTW When you chase a guy on the run carrying a rifle big chance he's going to fire it. Like said....not much brain matter on the streets of these riots.

If they keep up this violence, there assuredly will be a lot of brain matter on the streets. Not very high quality, mind you, but lots will be there.
