I’m sure it’s the same shooter at both shootings.
The thugs chasing him to catch him will have an easy out....he was rightly identified as the shooter when they took off after him as videos show.
I’m not sure that trying to beat down a person that is innocent will be a way out. Especially to the thug that caught one in the chest and died.

I don’t think so. They weren’t law enforcement and didn’t have a right or duty to take the shooter down...especially since at least one had a gun (eventual hamburger arm guy). Once he fell and was attacked, the running shooter had every right to defend himself. One of the attacking rioters (white pants/dark blue top guy) actually attempted a running head kick once the guy was on the ground.
