Actually in much of Phoenix, home prices just got back to where they were after the crash about 2-3 years ago.
Many AZ home owners are finally no longer underwater.

Try not to wait much longer before buying as inventory is very low.

Our downtown church is overflowing and is seeking a new location. We are trying to hold off to see where they land.

Our house in rural Illinois lost 40% in that crash, and prices still haven't recovered (and it wasn't that expensive to start with. We built new and did our own contracting. Lost our sweat equity and a whole lot more.)
