Newsom was given a $3.5 million mansion in Carmichael CA. It was given to him by a mysterious LLC. He paid no taxes on the transaction. I assume he has a gym in the mansion. One America News is the only news outlet covering this story.

Don’t know about him owning a gym. But he does own a Winery that never had to close down, even when all the other Winerys were forced to shutter their doors.
Who cares? I don’t have a home gym, just some free weights, and I’ve managed to keep the weight off during the gym closures for the most part.
In his prior house, he may have had a gym because it was quite ritzy, but all California politicians get free gym membership. He lives in the governor’s mansion and it’s probably unlikely there’s a gym in it.
