Lester Holt in the last debate falsely claimed “stop and frisk” is unconstitutional...because a low court declared it so, and NYC chose not to pursue it. It is still constitutional EVERYWHERE ELSE. I am not sure how that can be reconciled, but President Trump got the case and the above correct, even though a “moderator” got it wrong.
There were NO corrections then.

Not really. A “frisk” is a search and courts have ruled time and time again that the government cannot perform a search without a warrant or probable cause. It’s not exactly a controversial point of the law.
