"Republicans need to support legalization."

No, they don't. America has turned away from feeding the increasing epidemic of crime including the riots. Dopers will vote for Biden anyway, and more conservatives know better than to believe them. Compulsive lying is a common behavior in drug addicts. So are logical fallacies (especially red herrings), projections, false accusations and insults.

The lesson: for reasons of limited-government principle as well as electoral practicality, Republicans need to support legalization.

No, they don't. America has turned away from feeding the increasing epidemic of crime including the riots.

Irrelevant.

Dopers will vote for Biden anyway,

The ones who turn out only for pot initiatives may be winnable - if conservative candidates display consistency in support for limited government.

and more conservatives know better than to believe them. Compulsive lying is a common behavior in drug addicts.

What does "believing addicts" have to do with anything? Who suggested we believe addicts, and about what?

So are logical fallacies (especially red herrings), projections, false accusations and insults.

The only examples of such on this thread are from the anti-legalizers.
