Inverting the argument is not necessarily a sign of dementia, but it is a sign of projection and blatant hypocrisy. Of course, The Won may be confusing two words that are remarkably similar in spelling, “defund” versus “defend”.

DeBlasio has already cut police funding by a massive $1 billion in New York City and shootings and homicides have already skyrocketed.
Didn't hear O’Biden condemn DeBlasio for his rabid anti police jihad.
The only guy who called out DeBlasio was one President Trump.
