Look at the drug laws and policies in those states. There’s your answer as to why. Marijuana and hallucinogens alter brains and thought patterns in the ways that we’re seeing. Cops bring alcohol and drug addled people into our emergency room and try to reason with these people as to why they are under arrest and I just think to myself, “You idiot. They are incapable of understanding a word you are saying. Just let let the doctors and nurses do whatever you brought them in to do and let them spew their crap. They are out of of their gourds.”
