Donald Trump's sister said her brother has 'no principles', 'you can't trust him' and he has been 'lying' throughout his presidency, according to secret audio recorded by the president's niece.
Maryanne Trump Barry, 83, slammed the president for his 'phoniness' and called him 'cruel' over his controversial migrant policies where thousands of children were separated from their families and held in detention centers.
'It's the phoniness of it all. It's the phoniness and this cruelty. Donald is cruel,' she is heard saying in the recordings, obtained by the Washington Post.
The president's older sister also dismissed Trump's intelligence saying 'he doesn't read', said he did 'accomplish [his five bankruptcies] all by his self' and doubled down on claims the president paid someone to take his SATs.
Maryanne made the shocking comments back in 2018 to estranged niece Mary Trump, who secretly recorded the conversation with her aunt and has since parted ways with the Trump clan following her spill-all book.
The release of the scathing audio from one of Trump's nearest and dearest comes at a critical time in the run-up to the November election.
It casts some alarming doubt over his own family's confidence in his capabilities in the White House, as Maryanne - and none of the rest of the Trump siblings - has never publicly criticized her younger brother or any of his policies.
Their release comes one day after Trump held a funeral service at the White House for their brother Robert who died last week - a service Maryanne appeared to be notably absent from.

As I understand it, this whole branch of the family hates the rest of the family because the patriarch cut them out of his will for cause, and they hate Donald and the rest because they refused to side with them in giving them a big piece of the inheritance anyway. I pay no attention to anything they say about him because they’re bitter poor relations who are ticked off that they didn’t get enriched with other people’s money. No wonder they’re Democrats.
A first born does not expect her baby brother to become more successful. Afterall, she was a judge.
Maryanne was not left out of the will. Mary and her brother sued, Donald, Robert and Maryanne.

I listen to President Trump and he says the right things.
Now maybe you don’t need a high intellect to say the right things, or maybe you do. I don’t know and I don’t care. While that may sound like the difference between ignorance and apathy, it is apt here.
President Trump says, and DOES the right things. If it were so easy, why is it that this ability eluded Obama and Hillary, and now eludes Biden? At least Bill Clinton sometimes said the right thing, though his sincerity was suspect as the words often ran counter to the actions.
Well, who knows what led up to the dissing.. i find it a wee bit sinister to ‘secretly’ record a 83 year old for money.. some might rightly call it elder abuse..
I am surprised (maybe not) that this has come out right as Trumps poll numbers have been rising.
As the Washington Post, CNN, and other “news” media plaster this all over their sites, they still don’t — and never will — get it.
Trump was one of the best known candidates we’ve ever had. He is brash, a playboy, loud, outspoken, bold, prone to outrageous statements, tough, and willing to push people over to succeed. No one can ever say they didn’t know these things about him. These have been his very public character traits since he emerged in the 70s.
We voted for him because of these things — not in spite of them.
And because we walked into this with our eyes open, no one can — with any “latest evidence” of his behavior, cause us to take away our support.
They will never fully comprehend this, and all of the teeth gnashing in the world won’t change it.
His family members are all turning on each other.
If Trump had been the head of a political crime family, they'd all be as thick as thieves and nobody would be saying anything about anyone else.

I have some snotnosed relatives too. They seem to think the almighty dollar puts them in an upper class, and me in a lower one. But the fruit fell from the same tree. There was a time when it bothered me but, I got over it. When Tshtf, I don’t have as far to fall.
What a person does as a kid shouldn’t be held against them in old age unless the bad behavior continued throughout the person’s life.
Trump has become a Christian and in order to do so, he had to face God Almighty with his sins, and he had to turn away from doing those things.
I see a man who set his life to the side to help 350 million people rise up, and he takes no salary for the bad treatment he gets...unlike all other presidents and politicians. Trump had considered putting this woman on the supreme court. Maybe she’s POed he didn’t.
Cruel for abiding by the law to keep illegals out? Would she rather he be cruel to 350 million tax payers and let them in on their dime?

It is tough to have seriously sociopathic relatives.
Sometimes it is best to cut them off entirely ,for peace of mind and self-preservation.

So it seems pretty clear Sis was just spitballing about Trump having someone else take his SATs. She pretty much said it was just her belief, not something she actually knows.
And then her green-eyed jealousy comes through pretty strongly as well. Trump made the call that got her her big federal judgeship—and somehow she couldn’t be appreciative and thankful.
Yeah, Trump definitely has his character quirks, shall we say. But Sis seems to have them too. Making her an all-around unreliable witness for this jealous family game of gossip.
She's worried about kids being separated from their parents at the border, but supports babies being aborted? How f*cked up is that?

You are right. He help Maryanne get that Federal judgeship. I bet she is totally embarrassed about what Mary has done.
The only ones whose support really matters are his wife, and his children. The rest can go to hell.
