I will give that Kolfage and the three others should shut their traps.

Not sure if they are guilty of the charges or not but to think grand juries can’t be rigged (From Henry Ii to other examples) and prosecutional malice doesn’t exist is just plain ignorant.

Federal grand jury members are picked at random off various community data bases.

While only prosecution evidence is heard the defense can ask the indictment be thrown out if didn’t have evidence of the charge.

State grand juries on the other hand have little protection for the accused.
