No need. The perp was arraigned and released on her own recognizance according to the article. Now if she had done something really egregious like failing to genuflect before a rainbow flag or taking someone's blm hat, she would be held without bail as if she had committed 1st degree murder.
This insanity is not going to stop until these emboldened leftists and their enablers in the "justice" system start meeting with some - shall we say - 'resistance' in the form of projectiles traveling at a very high rate of speed.
Once an element of serious risk for such behavior is introduced into the equation, perhaps they will more incentivized to think twice and move on before assuming they have carte blanche to attack anyone they deem to be a Trump supporter without consequence.
