1. This is SD New York, an EXTREMELY political jurisdiction, staffed by mostly Democrat Resistance "prosecutors". It's ten weeks before the election of our lives.
2. Federal prosecutors love to overwhelm their targets by "charge-larding", dropping numerous charges on an accused person to get them to knuckle under to the wishes of the "prosecutors".
This is all they've got? Two "aggravated jaywalking and littering" charges for each target? Where's the lard?
In my view, Democrat "prosecutors" got a grand jury to indict four ham sandwiches, ten weeks before a presidential election.
We could ask Ted Stevens what that's all about, but he's dead now.
KOLFAGE will be presented today before U.S. Magistrate Judge Hope T. Cannon in the Northern District of Florida. BANNON will be presented today in the Southern District of New York. BADOLATO will be presented today before U.S. Magistrate Judge Thomas Wilson in the Middle District of Florida. SHEA will be presented today before U.S. Magistrate Judge Kristen L. Mix in the District of Colorado. [partisan Democrat Obama "judge"] in the Southern District of New York.
We know that the "judge" will be a partisan Democrat ClownBammy "judge".
I'll have to look into the "prosecutors", to see if they're:
#1: Democrats
#2: The kind who hide exculpatory evidence and do other dirty tricks, like Dirty Emmet Sullivan's "prosecutors" in the Flynn cases and the Ted Stevens case.
We know that DOJ just replaced a partisan Democrat prosecutor with Audrey Strauss, but we don't really know her bona fides.
I'll note that Federal magistrate "judges" are handling the individual cases.
Convenient, because it's REALLY hard to tell which political party a magistrate judge is in, or whether they're Resistance.
Magistrate judges are appointed by the Article III district court judges themselves, not by the president.
The case is being handled by the Offices Public Corruption Unit. Assistant United States Attorneys Nicolas Roos, Alison G. Moe, and Robert B. Sobelman are in charge of the prosecution.
Is that like asking 1st grader kids to run the class without any teacher? Candy, snacks, lunch and then recess.
A four jurisdiction prosecution for this? Barr should demand an audit of the costs.
He made the mistake of doing something in NY.
