It is illegal, and unethical, to compel a medical procedure that a patient refuses. This is crystal clear, and I seriously doubt that it would be upheld in any legal circle.
There are what? Scores of vaccines in development, all being rushed through the R&D stage, the clinical testing stage, and none has been studied for long-term effects. Which one do you pick? If a vaccine makes it through phase 1, phase 2, and phase 3 clinical trials, it has been extremely well tested for safety and efficacy. We know just what the risks are (i.e. side effects) and what the rewards are (i.e. high likely it is to protect you from SARS-CoV-2 infection.) After that, it is up to each individual to make their own decision about what is best for their own personal health and wellbeing.
