However just assume for the monent the vaccine is developed and perfect in its purpose....
Tomorrow morning VA is going to do what?
Crews with refrigerated truck loads of vaccine, syringes at the north and south borders of VA on every road, whether interstate or back road?
Issue executive orders that travelers will not stop in VA for food, fuel or rest room stops?
The man is insane. He may have a medical degree as well as others, but he is a perfect example of a highly educated person with more knowledge than he knows how to manage.
Because there is no logic in forcing VA residents to vaccinate when you have literally hundreds of thousands of visitors entering or passing through VA daily.
How many things will be denied to those who don’t have their vacination papers? I know my corporation will force me to take it if I want to remain employed for the 4 years until retirement
I’m no expert.
The only enforcement option I see is to forcibly isolate and/or quarantine individuals who refuse.
In some rural areas of Va I’d estimate that would be 90+% of the population. Impossible.
Even in compliant areas the number of refusals would be unmanageable.
So, politics should prevent this from happening.
I think there will be ‘clarifying’ statements forthcoming.

As of now, most states except Mississippi and West Virginia have religious exemptions for vaccinations. I live in Iowa and we simply say “it is our religious conviction not to vaccinate us or our children.”
Texas seems to be the best state for vaccination choice, though most states have religious exemptions for now.
Amen! Prepare to resist. Religious exemptions are available in every state except Mississippi and West Virginia I believe.
