Arizona is subject to the whims of the person recording the ballot. In the Primary election in August, voters were instructed that they may ‘cross out’ their vote and fill in another bubble, if they changed their minds or made a mistake. REALLY?? Before this election, one had to request a NEW Ballot, if they wanted to change their vote. The complaints in this cease and desist letter are VALID. The chain of the ballot shouldn’t be compromised by giving anyone who handles the ballot the opportunity to CHANGE THE VOTE!
