The House Ethics Committee admonished Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., for a 2019 tweet against Michael Cohen that suggested the former attorney to President Trump was unfaithful to his wife and had "girlfriends."
Gaetz had already apologized for the tweet that he issued before Cohen's testimony before Congress and said his words were not meant to be construed as threatening to a witness. On Friday, he took the reprimand "with humility" while also noting his big primary election victory earlier this week.

Its a tough job being humble but someone has to do it.
How many Dems have ethics complaints against them?? None? Political smearing before an election. Gates had already apologized.ENOUGH! And they need to start cleaning their own House (AS IF that would ever happen with the Dems.
Ethics rules are only for Republican representatives to obey. Demonicrats can lie, steal, and give aid and comfort to the enemy as much as they want.
The House has an ethics committee? Who knew?
Ethics Committee have any answers on the congressional slush fund to settle harassment complaints?
Please people get the House back in the majority and turn the Republicans (not the RINO’s or Elites) and let them kick ass and take names. I’m so sick of these Demonrats running these committees!!!!
I only have one question. Were his comments accurate? Yes or no?
His tweet was true.
How odd.
Michael Cohen is a sexy pit bull terrier with a fantastic smile, according to a Twitter account that it turns out was started at the instruction of one Michael Cohen.
Cohen hired an IT firm called RedFinch Solutions to manipulate an online CNBC poll about the countrys top 100 leaders, and later to run a sock-puppet Twitter account, @womenforcohen, to promote his sexual desirability, the Wall Street Journal reports.
Why did Cohen want people to think he was sexy?
Republicans don’t kick ass and take names. They apologize. The House has several funds to but the silence of the sexual harassment victims. Never apologize!
