State Democrats succeeded in kicking the Green Party off the ballot in Montana this week, with the Montana Supreme Court ruling that they must be dropped.
The decision could impact the tight U.S. Senate race between Republican Sen. Steve Daines and sitting Democratic Gov. Steve Bullock one of several that could determine control of the U.S. Senate.
The ruling happened after massive pressure was put on people who had already given valid signatures for a petition for Green Party ballot access, according to Green Party representatives.

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponents Argument
To the best of my understanding, prohibiting people from appearing on state ballots for POTUS is a violation of the 12th Amendment, that amendment putting only one limit on who electors can vote for.
Excerpted from the 12th Amendment: "The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President [emphasis added], and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice- President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate; [ ]"
Note that political parties or politically correct state primaries are defined by the Constitution.
Send "Orange Man Bad" federal and state government desperate Democrats home in November!
Supporting PDJT with a new patriot Congress and state government leaders that will promise to fully support his already excellent work for MAGA and stopping SARS-CoV-2 will effectively give fast-working Trump a "third term" in office imo.
...In 2012, supporters of Democrat Jon Tester spent $500,000 supporting the Libertarian Party candidate in hopes that hed draw votes away from the Republican. It may have worked, as Tester won by 18,000 votes, while the Libertarian candidate received 31,000....

Its NOT the Libertarian Party, its the LOSERTARIAN PARTY. Folks, sometimes we are SO STUPID!
Democrats are ALREADY cheating!
Imagine that????
By this they are showing their cards!! They are going to cheat!! Be ye ready for the big rumble!!
The Democratic party is not democratic with a small d; they dont want voters to have more choices of candidates and parties to vote for? How is that democratic with a small d?
Does the Democratic party not preach at us that we need to make it easier to vote, improve ballot access, yadda, yadda, yadda????
Or do they want to make it easier to vote only for Democrats????
Dems/Marxists/anarchists just HATE free and fair elections.
Winning the vote of qualified Citizens because of who you are and what you've done to deserve voter support is too high a bar.
They clearly prefer to subvert the vote (voter fraud with mail-in ballots, flooding the zone with illegal aliens, and making it more difficult for those who might compete in an election.
Sadly.
Impossible. Democrats are incapable of voter suppression.
Satan must be rubbing nis hands in glee every time he sees how faithfully the Demoncrats are following his evil plan.
Pelosi: Get back in line you miserable peasants. I'll do the thinking for you.
Voters: "Yes, Speaker Pelosi, Your Highness. Dem all the way, Madame Speaker."
I don't see it in there. In the presidential election, we are actually voting for the electors selected by the candidate. The part you have highlighted talks about the electors voting for the candidates.
There! Fixed it!
