All good selections, Haley and Noem are rising stars and its clear they are trying to appeal to women and show positive women unlike the Dems who often seem to be looking for their broom to ride
I agree.
We can take issue with Nikki Haley and political shortcomings of other Republicans some other time. We need a United party in order to win this election. We need support from the segment of the American people who are not strong conservatives and or political Junkies. We need a big tent to use that phrase.
And we need a positive message coming out of this convention.

Nikki, Tim and Joni are all wonderful but do not be surprised if one or more of them go off the rails and try to reach across the aisle. That would not be a critical mistake but it would not be good either.

Kristi Noem? A dream, but I wish her speech would be accepting the VP slot. I’ll bet SHE wouldn’t have tapped Fauci and Birx for the task force as Pence did.
Nikki Haley is a “rising star?” To whom? The rest of them are okay, I guess. Noem is certainly easy on the eyes, so there’s that. That lineup doesn’t scream “law and order” but the President is the main attraction anyway.
