What about Attempted Murder Charges?
As much as this idiot gets under my skin, attempted murder with a kick is a stretch. Of course one might say that about a knee on a neck.

Would like to see it but to get it you’d have to prove a person had planned to kill another person and was unsuccessful. There is no way to prove that especially if the perp pleads the 5th. He cannot be forced to witness against himself and there will be no witnesses that will say he previously planned and was unsuccessful in that attempt. Sorry, wish the law could cover it.
