You’re right in that she was probably doing what she thought was best. But it all depends on who put those signs there in the first place. If it was the property owner, she has no right to touch them. No right at all. It doesn’t matter if those signs negatively affect the home’s curb appeal.

But if those signs weren’t put there by the property owner, throw them into the garbage ASAP.
