I am becoming more and more certain that there will be no debates. The Dems just can't chance it with this guy. The media will cover for Biden and it won't be a problem, 'cause it won't be discussed.

I have had a low opinion of Dems for a while now; but, after this abuse of an elderly man who is obviously into dementia, I just can't stand these people, whether pols or media --- they are the worst. And, Jill Biden, how do you do this to your husband?

I think you might be right, "A Navy Vet".   For any readers here who didn't get the reference, it was just a feeble attempt by me to use a creative (fictitious) "quote" from Biden's speech, to illustrate his propensity to plagiarize famous people.   The so-called "quote" from Biden (which I made up), had Biden plagiarizing Jesus, and clobbering what Jesus said originally.   The reference was to the following:

Then saith He unto them, "Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's."   Matthew 22:21

I had Biden stealing that, and doctoring it up to say,

"Render therefore unto Biden the votes which are Biden's; and unto Biden the votes that are Trump's."

It was not meant as an actual quote from Biden's speech, but, rather, a humorous, creative illustration of Biden's long-term inclination to indulge in intellectual thievery, and to clobber historical quotes.
