This is really more important than most realize. The President called them out for being wrong and they changed policy. That is good for an American company, American workers, and the state of Ohio. We do not win without Ohio.
More importantly, they will take heat and get threats from the domestic terrorists. But they did the right thing. Maybe it will give courage to other companies to not be intimidated by the terrorists.
At a minimum they must fire their Chief Diversity Officer (pay slightly over $176k per year) and abolish the department. Then we will know that the CEO is serious.

Goodyear clarified its policy on acceptable workplace attire on Thursday, one day after reports that one of its facilities in Topeka, Kansas had banned “Make America Great Again” and “Blue Lives Matter” apparel which prompted President Trump to call for a boycott of the Ohio-based company.
Goodyear Chairman and CEO Rich Kramer said the slide from a presentation at the Topeka plant “was not approved or distributed by Goodyear Corporate or anyone outside of that facility.” The company has clarified its policy to inform employees that they can “express support for law enforcement through apparel at Goodyear facilities,” but are asked to “refrain” from wearing apparel of a political nature.

Too late, I’m riding on Firestone tires as of last week. Was due to “buy” ... just made a right turn instead of a left one. I don’t need to support such people. Remember Goodyear is also a Gun-Free zone folks. That should also tell you something.
