So, the Topeka employee was insubordinate? Prove it by dismissing the employee and making it public. I just might consider purchasing a Goodyear tire again.
Facepalm. Why not simply say employees may not wear clothing with political statements or images of ANY KIND in the workplace.
That simple statement would save a ton of heartbreak down the road.
But I digress...sure would like to see Goodyear suffer for this BS but I doubt if their HR is going rogue. This perspective is going to be pervasive in lots of companies. The political correctness being pushed at the corporate level was already over the top.
I had to attend a session on "Micro-aggressive" behavior. Apparently, if you open a door for a woman, that's micro-aggressive, among many other things. Nevermind that it's courteous or polite...

My truck came with Goodyear tires. When it’s time to replace them, it won’t be with Goodyears. They just lost the sale of four tires...to begin with.
An unwoke American tire maker should make hey on this — Fresh ads for American-made tires, shown in grueling use on police cars maybe.

Since the Democrats support abortion, they do NOT think every life matters. This has been trickling odwn ever since.
That’s what so thoroughly galls me. Something like ONE black person is killed by the police every month (and more white people). If you obey the law and obey a LEO order, you aren’t going to get hurt.
But there are 400,000 black abortions every year. TWELVE versus FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND.
The disparity is staggering. Yet they are tearing the nation asunder for TWELVE people.
GOODYEAR is going to take a terrible hit on their adoption of this policy. Let us hope that the stockholders cause the expulsion of the goofballs who created this policy.
