Well,SCOTUS did rule,9-0,in favor of Paula Jones a few years back so this shouldn't be a surprise.Just as long as it can be delayed until after the Election it's OK.If Trump is reelected and the Rats hold the House there can be no doubt he'll be impeached again...at least once more.
But that's OK.

When President Trump wins, the rats will be impeaching him weekly. They’re out of gas. They played all their cards and have nothing left. They are so transparent. Expect four more years of this crap. We must take the house. Pelosi even said that she’ll quit when President Trump wins again.
