The charges are coming from Acting Attorney Audrey Strauss (Democrat) from the corrupt Southern District of New York.
Bannon and 3 others are accused of misappropriating “hundreds of thousands of dollars” from the “We Build the Wall” fundraiser campaign. The campaign is said to have raised over $25 million.
Until the details of the indictment are disclosed it is safe to assume that this is a political prosecution.
