Is there a real difference between the two? Satan will garner all his forced in the last days to war against God’s people. The Bible says in no uncertain term what spirits are not of God: those that deny Jesus is Christ.
I don’t see them as any different. They are both false Christs and imitations of Christianity.
I think they are both frogs that emanate from the dragon, with the third frog being fake Christianity. All three are aligning themselves against God’s people.
