What difference does it make? It isn't the woman who is dishing out the promotions based on who puts out, and it isn't the woman who discriminates against men by promoting her over them.
It's the man who is discriminating against men. The woman can put out all she wants, but in the end it's the man who makes the decision to promote her at your expense.
