Donald Trump has lashed out at Republican leaders on Capitol Hill for moving forward with hearings over controversial changes to the US Postal Service during next weeks Republican National Convention.
The president wrote in a tweet: Why are Republicans allowing the Democrats to have ridiculous Post Office hearings on Saturday & Monday, just before and during our Convention. Let them hold them NOW (during their Convention) or after our Convention is over.

Mitch has always been a never Trumper, the only thing he approved of was right leaning Judges.
The Senate Homeland Security Committee meets on Friday.
Trump is referring to Nancy’s Saturday vote and Monday’s House hearing.
Read the tweet again. He clearly says Saturday and Monday. Those are House dates. Trump wants the House Republicans to put up a fuss.
Senate hearings are on Friday. Trump explicitly ignores Friday.
I read Trump’s comment as referring to the Pubbie leaders in the HOUSE, for them not raising Hell about Pelosi holding the hearings on the USPS on Sat. and Mon.
The Democrats have timed their most recent hoax to coincide with the Republican Convention, such as it is. Pelosi is holding kangaroo court show hearings the week of the Republicans convention.
Mitch is getting ahead of the situation and scheduling hearings in the Senate to get the facts to to the American people.
Not sure if this is the best move, but it is a legitimate move since the fight to stave off the Democrats mail in vote harvesting fraud is going to be critical to the 2020 elections. If we have the mail in system, it will be California vote harvesting on massive national scale and Republicans will be wiped out like the were in California in 2018.
The Turtle Head has always been slow but now rivals Joe Biden in cognitive ability level.
Mitch is one of the most savvy Majority Leaders in recent history.

LOL. Harry Reid was a Majority Leader who kept his conference in line and delivered for a Democrat POTUS. McConnell is a doormat in comparison. He will go down history as one of the least significant Majority Leaders in Senate history.
