USPS has been cutting back its drop boxes for years throughout the Obama administration... we have one but its blocks away and furthermore, their pickups which used to be 3 times a day are now only once.
this is not a Trump-created phenomenon
whether the administration seeks further cutbacks in the taxpayer subsidies for USPS is another matter, but it certainly appears that the USPS could not possibly handle millions of ballots all at voting time. I for one would not entrust my ballot to USPS this year, nor did I do so in the last 2 elections what with the Obama cuts then
