this is so typical of large corp who run diversity operations, they are often led by HR people coming out of liberal colleges or are “women of color” and hence can never be challenged.i ran into the same thing at a large food corp-African Americans and women were protected from any layoff and even if caught stealing could not be fired without HR approval. I will not be buying Goodyear tires
