They will have to somehow fake a pre-recorded version as “live”...
Or, somehow they “Wag the Dog”...
...maybe they call in a bomb threat at the Milwaukee Center 5 minutes before the Biden speech and the SS rush Sleepy Joe out of the building for his protection...
...then the Biden video pops on 15 minutes later from a “safe” location...

Biden will be giving his speech from the Chase Center in Wilmington, Delaware. There won’t be an audience at that location.
