When Central Precinct officers responded to a report of the crash at Southwest Broadway and Taylor Street, they encountered a hostile crowd.
A squad from the Portland Police Rapid Response Team attempted to secure the scene. The driver was transported to the hospital by ambulance with serious injuries...
Later in the evening, “Black Lives Matter” chants continued outside the Justice Center, led by activist and hate crime survivor Demetria Hester. A few dozen people joined in and someone set the rhythm of the chants with a drum.
Police said at one point in the night, they received reports of a group committing assaults near Southwest Fourth Avenue and Taylor Streets. The police response was reportedly complicated by a hostile group, however.
The crash is under investigation and no arrests were immediately made...

Very little detail on uniformed thugs pulling an innocent man from his vehicle and then beating him into unconsciousness. No mention of his wife, who was also assaulted.

when they talk about “downtown” Poopland does anybody know the streets?.....
There is video of what happened he was not trying to rum them down they are lying.
My wife just now told me she saw a report on her FB feed that the poor guy has died of brain trauma.
I don’t believe he was *trying to run down protestors*.
I think they were threat him and he was trying to escape.
Or they are just flat out lying.
Whatever the truth is, it’s not going to be on Aunt Tifa’s side.
