And do they simply release him if he is arrested?
There are a lot of these attacks that aren’t filmed and the DA’s have no interest in finding the Perps. Obviously, a Camera puts them on the spot.
I just saw this Portland Police are aware of it and they have the videos chronicled which clearly show what happened. I believe they will get this man Marquise Keese Love
