Where was Kam born? if she was born to non citizen parents not yet in the country that might be something to consider though after 2008 and the Congressional redaction of the Natural Born clause it doesn’t matter legally anymore.

When we are at a point that the Constitution can
be interpreted to mean whatever some one wants,
we are lost.
That ship, like Joe stealing someone’s wife, has sailed. It
