Who can blame a skilled,hard working woman resenting the ditzy blonde who gets a raise/promotion over her?
Competition for those positions is pretty intense.
Most of those are not "ditzy".
Most are reasonably competent.
They are just willing to use sex as a boost up.
In some cultures, it is the norm.
When I was in Panama, if a government office had a male manager, and he wasn't sleeping with 2/3 of the female staff in the office; we assumed he was gay.
