That 40 acres might be a slight problem BUT I know where I can find a LOT OF DONKEYS if that is an acceptable substitute! However, it is a FACT that donkeys are asses but are at least semi-domesticated although in temperament they can be stubborn to the point of being immovable. Their opinion on their namesake party, the Democrats, has never been heard of being anything but a “hee-haw”, which shows their intelligence!
For the unaware, a mule is an offspring of a male donkey / jack and a female horse / mare while the mirror pairing of a male horse / stallion and a female donkey / jenny is a hinny. Mules can be male or female but are almost always sterile. They are prized working animals as they have the calmness and endurance of the donkey but not its legendary stubbornness and moodiness.
I thought the new standard was 40 acres and an Escalade.
