Being Born here makes you a Citizen at Birth, even if your Parents are Illegal Invaders (unfortunately).
That is a completely different than being a Natural Born Citizen whose Parents are American Citizens at Birth or through Naturalization.
Neither Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal or Barack Obama were Natural Born Citizens, period.
I agree with you.
But nobody cares.
It is now defined as if born here, you’re qualified. That and be at least 35 and have lived in the USA the past 10 years.
Nothing else matters to most of the country.
We lost the fight over exactly what a natural born citizen is. To the majority, it is someone, regardless of the parents, who was born on US soil.
At this time we’re not going to get a single court to agree otherwise.
They moved the goal posts and the American people let them.
