Wish he wouldn’t repeat himself so often. It gives him a Bidenesque weakness and it questions his mental capacities. The old “WINNING” attitude is often missing in his press conferences. Still love the guy.

It has been established her parents were foreign students on student visas when they met and married. According to Harris and others the parents were very involved in anti-war movement of the 60’s and 70’s and openly protested in Oakland. The non-citizenship of the parents is not issue, I would think, but rather the clause: “..and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, ..” For instance a child born to foreign born diplomats assigned to a US consulate would not be subject to US jurisdiction. Kamala was born to foreign born, non-citizen, college students. Would she subject to US jurisdiction or Jamaican jurisdiction? Jamaica’s constitution insists she belongs to Jamaica. Whose is she? That is for SCOTUS to determine. (
