I see your point. This is not an argument against HCQ, but many others with those symptoms have recovered without HCQ.

And many more of his age after testing positive, never recover without HCQ. He is in the vulnerable age group.

I see your point, but why take a chance. Nobody knows when they first have symptoms whether covid will be a nothing burger or not. And that especially applies to those above age 65.
