Louie Gohmert has recovered from COVID-19, credits hydroxychloroquine for making ‘huge difference’

U.S. Rep. Louie Gohmert has not only recovered from COVID-19, he is crediting hydroxychloroquine for helping him combat the virus and now feels “really great.”

The Texas Republican, who tested positive for the coronavirus last month, told the Washington Examiner he is now feeling better and hopes to donate plasma in an effort to help others who get infected. He tipped his hat to the vitamins and the drug touted by some medical professionals and President Trump for helping him get back to health.

“I’m feeling really well, really great, actually,” Gohmert told the newspaper, saying that he has tested negative for the virus and positive for the COVID-19 antibodies this week.

“I had a couple of bad days, but I started taking hydroxychloroquine, [Zithromax], and zinc, along with vitamins D3 and C,” the 66-year-old said. “And I took a steroid nebulizer for a few days to help coat the alveoli in the lungs and protect them somewhat from the COVID virus attack.”

Great news. Really helped that he described what he took.
I’ve been lax on taking my Vit C and my Calcium/Mag/D3 combo.

Not a stomach loving mix.

.... where he reportedly experienced a few days of mild symptoms.

He experience a few days of mild symptoms at age 66 and looking overweight. Cases like this don’t justify all the hysteria.

Louie is one of the good guys. But why is he simply saying that “it’s a shame” that some people can’t get HCQ? Why isn’t there a full scale investigation on why it’s being denied to people? If you can’t stop Dem Governors from outlawing it, then why can’t it be purchased from out of State? Why isn’t this a priority?

If Trump can mandate face pampers nationwide, as the Democraps claim, then he can also mandate OTC HCQ. And he can also mandate “no rioting” while he’s at it, enforced by the National Guard.

Republicans are not on our side, that’s why.

What if no hydroxy? Would it have stopped with a few days of mild symptoms?

I see your point. This is not an argument against HCQ, but many others with those symptoms have recovered without HCQ.

Make HCQ and Azithromycin OTC drugs......If a cough and/or fever develops, the patient can go to the nearest drug store immediately and self treat themselves within the first 48 hours of symptoms...Pandemic over........Else, wait a few days for a test and 5 days for the results and you’re dead.

If Congressman Gohmert can so easily get Hydroxychloriquine, why are so many Texas doctors like Ivette Lozano and Stella Immanuel complaining that they can’t prescribe it to their patients?

Something isn’t right here.

It seems to me that if the CDC and FDA really wanted to find out if HCQ was effective or not, they could simply conduct a survey of all the patients in the USA who were given HCQ plus zinc plus an antibiotic.

Here is the simple data collection required to confirm whether HCQ is effective or not:

DATE OF PATIENT’S FIRST SYMPTOMS
DATE OF TEST CONFIRMING INFECTION
DATE HCQ PROTOCOL BEGAN
PATIENT’S AGE
PATIENT’S COMORBIDITIES on scale of zero to five (zero = none; five = major)
OUTCOME (Cured, Hospitalized and Cured, or Died)

I fear the CDC and FDA are more enthralled in seeing how many people needlessly die of covid.

they will be in serious trouble if they reverse on it

downplaying hcq was necessary so they could fast-track other drugs and vaccines

if they said hcq worked, they would not have been able to fast track the drugs and vax’s they are working on

Fauci Just Proved Trump Is Right About Mail-In Voting, Dems Will Lose Their Minds

The votes are in: Both Dr. Anthony Fauci and President Donald Trump support in-person voting this fall.

With the 2020 presidential election rapidly approaching in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, there has been much debate about whether it will be safe to gather in person at polling locations.

We’ve had the cure all along but the dummies won’t let us use them in many states. The HCQ 3 drug cocktail works!

A law needs to be passed to make this an over the counter drug kit available for anyone who wants it for under $50 for a one month supply. May not even need that much. I think it’s normally taken for 5 days. The key is to take it early on when the symptoms first appear.

I’d love to have a kit sitting in my medicine cabinet just in case even though 99% of the people don’t get it.
