Didn't somebody throw tea into a harbor over something like this? And taxing a person AFTER they leave your jurisdiction - that sounds like step 1 in taxing the dead.

I supposed if dead people vote for democrats, they would probably support the idea of paying taxes to democrats as well.

California already lost this fight when they were stopped from taxing retirement payments to persons who had left the state.

Taxation Without Representation

They had done so for years & had gotten away with it.

This will NOT stand up to a class action challenge.

Same reasons.

IF I leave Calif—which I did—and then retired onto Soc Sec—which I did—

I do not have the funds to pay California for 10 years forward, anyhow.

Perhaps putting homeless into hotels & feeding the & providing their drugs of choice should END???
