My dad worked for the post office folks from the early 1960s to the early 1990s. An average of ten social security folks every single month (on his route) had a late check and this triggered them to time his delivery to the mail-box and they would try to haggle over this. My dad would try to explain that if it’s not in the bag...it hasn’t arrived yet.

For over twenty years, the Social Security check hasn’t been directly tied to postal delivery. These idiots serving as Senators and House members have been so out-of-touch with regular people....even their staff team are in the same state of confusion.
