Don't scratch your head over this. Kamala Harris is the candidate for president. Joe Biden is merely the vessel to get her there. It needs to be understood by everyone that if Biden wins, Harris will be president within a year.
Joe Biden has dementia. He is in no shape to campaign, much less lead the country. There will be no presidential debates. Biden will gradually disappear into the shadows as Harris takes center stage.
