A US federal judge Thursday ordered the Trump campaign to provide evidence of voter fraud in Pennsylvanias vote-by-mail election system.
Thursdays order requires the campaign to submit evidence to the court by Friday. Judge Nicholas Ranjan of the US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania stated that the Court finds that instances of voter fraud are relevant to the claims and defenses in this case. [I]f they have none, state as much.
The order is part of the ongoing court legal battle between President Donald Trumps 2020 election campaign and Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar. The campaign alleges that Pennsylvania mail-in voting will undermine the integrity of the election by allowing for invalid votes to be cast.
[Boockvars] hazardous, hurried, and illegal implementation of unmonitored mail-in voting which provides fraudsters an easy opportunity to engage in ballot harvesting, manipulate or destroy ballots, manufacture duplicitous votes, and sow chaos, the campaign asserted in its June complaint.
Fact-checkers, researchers and journalists have repeatedly denied claims of widespread voter fraud in mail systems as meritless. Pennsylvania Democrats claim that the lawsuit is merely an attempt by the president to raise an inaccurate and false alarm about the validity of mail-in voting.
Earlier this week, Trump said in an interview that he is refusing additional funding to the post office because such appropriations would enable the agency to conduct universal mail-in voting. Former President Barack Obama criticized Trumps position as an attempt to suppress the vote and urged citizens to cast ballots early in this years election.
A hearing about evidence of voter fraud will be held in September.

Gee, I’ll bet the Trump Campaign made this accusation without having prepared any evidence to prove it.
No evidence will convince those who refuse to believe ... or who know and are lying.
Quick google search results in this:
12 cases of voter fraud.
THis should not be hard for Trump. They only have to show one.
Wasn’t there a dead cat who got a ballot?
shouldn’t the other side show standing, since absentee ballots already exist, who needs to mail out ballots?
Ranjan was appointed by DHT...some hope I guess...
Partisan hack, unfit for the bench.
Appointed by PDJT.
Looks like he is opening a door for hard documentation of the fraud.
.
GTFO you black-robed tyrant.
SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS
Misleading to say 12 cases, more accurate to say 12 incidents at least.
There are too many ‘cases’ to count without full without full statistical tables.
You’re right, thanks for the correction.
Records of districts in Philadelphia with more than 100% turnout ought to do it.
Thanks for the link to the article. Trump should tell the judge to google domenick demuro. There’s your evidence.
There is plenty of evidence of voter fraud. But the burden of proof should be on the states that wish to send out ballots, that there is no potential of fraud.
Crazy judges.

Not at all. The plaintiffs would have expected this STANDARD and routine order and are certainly prepared for it. Had the judge not done this and ruled in the plaintiffs (i.e., Trumps) favor there would be grounds for a successful appeal by the DemocRAT government defendants.
No worries, glad it was of use to you.
It seems reasonable to me that when you make an allegation in court, that you should submit specific evidence thereof. Any lawyers involved who didn’t have evidence in hand before starting are incompetent fools.
Since there is evidence aplenty, this should not be a difficult assignment, though giving only one day to submit it is unusual and unreasonable.
All he has to do is point to recent election in NY I believe where fraud was rampant
