So long as President Trump remains against mandates for things like masks, I’m completely on board with him. He’s been pushing for a vaccine for a long time because he knows that’s how this all ends and he’s been very much leaving masks up as an individual decision (as it should be). He’s definitely become less anti-mask on a personal level as of late, but that could just as easily be him looking at all the available evidence before him and deciding that they’re worthwhile for him, personally.
His response to Biden’s mask statement in his press conference yesterday was excellent. The Biden campaign immediately responded by launching a TV ad which cranks the lies up to 11.
Trump should have started the COVID counteroffensive a lot sooner and he really needs to crank-up the volume on it now.
