The CEO of a dozen, or so, emergency clinics in Texas was interviewed more than a month ago, and noted the same "uptick". However, he also stated that the bulk of these were employees who had returned to work and were screened at work. This screening was catching asymptomatic COVID infected employees, who were then sent to be screened. This was, in fact, good. It reduced the overall rate of passing on the infections in the community, which was a good thing. He also noted that, though higher than before, the percentage of infections was declining again.
Isn't if funny that now a month later, Fauci is too ignorant to know and/or say this?

Before surgery I had a test. Ridiculous! We drove up to a LOCKED door under a portico, with a SECURITY GUARD (gimme a f—king break!).
A doctor and a nurse skulked out the door, which was re-locked immediately. He stuck the doo-dah up my nose, then they had the guard unlock the door and they disappeared back into the building.
We were laughing at them. The drama was insane.
Biden is challenged. He said that 750 million American women had been impacted by something recently. Guess he doesn’t know there are less than 400 million total PEOPLE in America.
